The Pervasive Computing Group (PCG) is affiliated with the National Key Laboratory for Novel Software
Technology and the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Nanjing University, China. The Director
of PCG is Prof. Sang-Lu Lu. It locates at the Mengminwei Building II of main campus of Nanjing University,
mainly in room 303 and room 512.
The Pervasive Computing Group focuses on research in many areas of pervasive computing and networking,
with an emphasis on designing, implementing, and evaluating network systems, protocols, and applications.
Our research areas of interest include wireless and sensor networks, overlay and peer-to-peer (P2P)
techniques, and service-oriented computing. Our goal is to prepare the next generation of researchers and developers in these areas by investigating challenging, high-impact research and building
production-quality systems.
The research conducted within the lab is funded by the National High-Tech Research and Development Program
of China (863), the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Basic Research Program of China (973) .
