简历


窦万春,男,1971年生,南京大学计算机科学与技术系教授,博士研究生导师,中国计算机学会 “协同计算”专家委员会委员,电子学会“云计算”专家委员会委员,江苏省“云计算专家论坛”副主任委员,江苏省“大数据”专家委员会委员。2001年-2002年在南京大学计算机科学与技术系从事博士后科研工作,2005.4-2005.6与2008.11-2009.2期间先后在香港科技大学计算机科学与工程系进行访问研究,2006年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才资助计划”,2007年入选江苏省“333高层次人才培养计划”,2013年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰"计划(A类)。作为项目负责人,先后主持4项国家自然科学基金、6项江苏省重点研发计划/江苏省科技支撑计划/自然科学基金等。作为课题组成员,先后参与国家基础研究计划(973)、863、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重大研究计划、国家重点研发计划等科研项目。分别在国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Computers(CCF-A类期刊)、IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems(CCF-A类期刊)、IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security(CCF-A类期刊)、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas In Communications(CCF-A类期刊)、ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications, and Application、IEEE Transactions on Services Computing、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science & Engineering、IEEE Transactions on Big Data、IEEE Transactions on Multimedia、IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing、IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing、IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing、Journal of Computer and System Sciences、Information and Management、Future Generation Computer Systems、Decision Support Systems、Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience、The Journal of Supercomputing以及领域内知名国际会议INFOCOM(CCF-A类会议)、ICDE(CCF-A类会议)等上发表或录用论文100余篇(其中ACM/IEEE Trans.系列论文近30篇,3篇最佳会议论文)。作为通信作者的大数据综述文章“Networking for Big Data:A Survey”,2017年发表在IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials上。据2017年最新统计数据,该期刊影响因子高达17.1,在IEEE发行的155本期刊中影响因子排名第1。
