    Special terms

  • Please note that at least one author of each paper (regular paper or short paper) has to pay a full registration. Regular registration, IEEE member registration and student no IEEE member registration are treated as full registration.
  • Registrations for conference papers should be done by September 1,2008. Papers without at least one registered author will not be included in the proceedings.
  • IEEE members are required to show proof of their memberships when checking in.
