RegistrationThe registration starts from 15:00 to 19:00 on June 16 and keeps on serving during 8:00-17:00 June 17-19.
PresentationEvery regular paper will be allocated 30 minutes for presentation. We suggest you to talk for 25 minutes, and keep 5 minutes for question-answering. Every short paper will be allocated 20 minutes for presentation. We suggest you to talk for 15 minutes, and keep 5 minutes for question-answering. Please be at the presentation room 10 minutes before the session and contact your session chair. A student volunteer will help you to copy your slide into the laptop that is connected with the projector.
Meal PlacesThe reception, the banquet and Lunches are in the 2nd floor of the New Era Hotel.
Volunteer
There are 10 student volunteers serving for the conference. Volunteers wear special T-shirt and name badge.
ExcursionThe excursion bus will be waiting outside the door of New Era Hotel at 13;20, June 19. Please be on time.
