The aim of the paper summaries submission is to encourage you to read the papers thoroughly before the class. At least one short summary of the assigned paper should be submitted to the email address nju.winet@gmail.com. The subject of the email should in this form: "Summary for Reading # <reading number> Lecture # <lecture number>  by <your name>".

The short summary must be sent to the instructor at least two hours before the beginning of the class (by 8 am on the day of the class). The summary must have about two paragraphs and should answer these four questions:

1. What is the major contribution of the paper?

2. What are the paper's strengths?

3. What are the paper's weaknesses?

4. What unanswered questions does the paper leave, or what would you do to extend the work?
